Hearing has been deferred in a violence case for framing charges against 23 BNP leaders and activists including Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.
Metropolitan Magistrate Nur Nabi on Monday set November 13 as the next date for hearing.
The case was filed on March 2, 2013 while the chargesheet was submitted by Shahjahanpur police SI Ruhul Amin Munshi on March 20, 2013.
Fakhrul’s lawyer Joynal Abedin Mezbah pleaded for more time because the accused Habib-Un-Nabi Khan Sohel was sbsent as is currently in jail.
