Instructions

First, take a bowl, then mix garlic, oyster sauce, olive oil, mustard, black pepper, and salt. Now, rub this mixture onto beef steak pieces, ensuring thorough coating, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Next, heat a grill pan with cooking spray and cook the steak evenly on both sides to your desired doneness. Finally, serve the steak with mashed potatoes, mushroom sauce, and sautéed vegetables.

Spicy Mutton Steak

Ingredients 

2 mutton steaks, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, ¼ cup water, fresh coriander leaves chopped (for garnish)

For the marinade: 

2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2½ teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 2½ tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon salt, ½ tablespoon black pepper, and 2 teaspoons brown sugar.

Instructions

First, mix the marinade ingredients into a paste and rub it over the mutton steaks. Marinate it for 4 hours or overnight. Next, heat the oil in a pan over high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping once, until a golden crust forms.

After that, transfer steak bites to a plate. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until aromatic. Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites, and toss well. Finally, garnish the steaks with parsley, and serve.

Rosemary-crusted Mutton Steak

Ingredients

4 mutton steaks, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan (roughly chopped), 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 egg (beaten), and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Instructions

First, take a food processor. Now combine parsley, rosemary, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, and bread crumbs to make a crumbly pesto. Place the pesto in one bowl and beat an egg in another. Next, season the mutton steaks with salt and pepper. Then dip the ingredients in the egg and coat with the pesto.

At this point, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the mutton steaks for 2 minutes per side, adjusting for thickness and desired doneness. And finally, let the steaks rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

BBQ Beef Steak

1 tri-tip beef steak, ½ cup olive oil, 1 small onion (chopped), 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary, ½ cup soy sauce, ½ cup vinegar, 7 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard, 2 teaspoons salt, and teaspoon black pepper.

Instructions

First, combine onion, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, rosemary, mustard, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. Next, place the beef steak in a large resealable plastic bag, pour the marinade over it, seal it, and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Then, preheat the grill to high heat. Brush the grill grate with oil. Discard the marinade and place the beef steak on the grill. Now grill the steak for 7 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired browning.

Mutton-Rosemary-Tomato Steak in Microwave

Ingredients 

30 grams dried tomatoes, 700 grams ripe tomatoes, 3 small onions, 600 grams mutton steak, salt, freshly ground peppers, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, and basil (for garnish).

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). Finely chop the dried tomatoes. Blanch fresh tomatoes in boiling water, peel, deseed, and slice. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges. Next, rinse mutton steaks under cold water, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the steaks for about 4 minutes, adding rosemary halfway through. Wrap the steaks in aluminium foil and finish cooking in the microwave oven for 7-10 minutes. Then, in the same pan, sauté onions in oil. Add dried and fresh tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 6 minutes. After that season the steak with vinegar and spices. Finally, serve the mutton steak with tomatoes and onions on warmed plates, garnished with basil leaves.
