Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) announced a 23-member final squad of the Bangladesh National Football team for the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF).

The team will miss the Nigerian-born Bangladeshi forward Eleta Kingsley as he didn’t get clearance from FIFA and AFC.

Sahidul Alam, Anisur Rahman, Ashraful Islam Rana, Rahmat Mia, Bishwanath Ghosh, Topu Barman, Riyadul Hasan, Yeasin Arafat, Razaul Karim, Sohel Rana, Saad Uddin, Biplo Ahamed, Jamal Bhuiyan, Rakib Hossain, Suman Reza, Tariq Rayhan Kazi, Mahbuibur Rahman, Mohammad Ibrahim, Matin Miah, Mohammad Atiqur Rahman Fahad, Jewel Rana, Tutul Hossain Badsha and Ridoy.

In the five-nation South Asian regional football, Bangladesh will play Sri Lanka in one of the two opening day’s matches on October 1. The match will start at 10:00 pm (Bangladesh Time) at the national stadium in the Maldives capital Male. There will be no group phase in this championship tournament.
