This time the three-dimensional (3D) movie ‘Alatachakra’ starring Jaya is being released. If all goes well, the film will be released on March 19.

‘Alatchakra’ is based on the autobiographical novel of the writer Ahmed Shafar. Habibur Rahman has made a full-length film based on the government-sponsored liberation war in the 2017-18 financial year.

The film stars Jaya Ahsan and Ahmed Rubel in the lead roles. Mamunur Rashid, Azad Abul Kalam, artist Sarkar Apu, Shafiul Alam Babu and many others have acted in it.

The release date of the film has been finalized on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the great liberation war. This is the first 3D film made in Bengali language. On December 15 last year, ‘Alatchakra’ got the censor’s clearance. Mumbai’s Sky Work Studio is working on the three-dimensional filming of the film.
