Now it’s time to reflect on the year behind us and look ahead to 2023. But first, Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper are helping us with some comedic relief sans booze during CNN’s “New Year’s Eve Live” special.
“They brought us back for another year,” Cohen boasted at the top of CNN’s coverage from Times Square in New York, adding there were “some stipulations this year, some fine print.”
Ahead of the New Year’s Eve celebrations, CNN’s new CEO, Chris Licht, reportedly called for coverage with less booze. On Thursday, Cohen confirmed to Page Six that he and Cooper would not be drinking during this year’s broadcast.
