The DUP’s 10 MPs will be required in order to form a government and pass legislation. While yesterday (Friday) there were talks of a “confidence and supply” arrangement between the two parties, there are now negotiations in order to form a formal coalition with DUP.

The leader of the Labour party, Jeremy Corbyn, who was considered ‘unelectable’ had been celebrating his success in the elections, after he managed to increase the number of seats in the House of Conmmons. “I think it’s pretty clear who won this election,” he said in an interview to Sky News, adding that he believes that Prime Minister May should resign.

British Prime Minister Theresa May’s two closest advisers have resigned today (Saturday) after May’s Conservative party did not win the majority in the House of Commons required in order to form a government in the snap elections called by May. Nick Timothy and Fiona Hill, Mrs May’s joint chiefs of staff explained their decision to resign as an act of taking responsibility for the failure of the campaign. Mr Timothy said he takes “full responsibility” for his role in the campaign and its failure. “I take responsibility for

[2
