\u201cIndia will participate in the Champions Trophy,\u201d Khanna said on Saturday, a day ahead of the Special General Meeting (SGM), which is to take a decision in this regard.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
India\u2019s participation in the Champions Trophy, to be played in England from June 1 to 18, had been put on hold following the revenue sharing issue with the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the matter was left to the SGM.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
On Friday, the Committee of Administrators (CoA) had warned the Board to refrain from taking any decision that might harm the interests of Indian cricket.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u201cA meeting of the Board members was held on Saturday and I can tell you that most were in favour of sending the team to the Champions Trophy.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u201cYou can expect a unanimous decision on this issue on Sunday,\u201d said Khanna.<\/p>\n

Selection on Monday<\/p>\n
The selection committee meeting, to be convened by acting Board secretary Amitabh Choudhary, who has been in favour of India pulling out from the event, is to be heldon Monday.<\/p>\n
