Biden\u2019s executive order on the ban will take effect on August 2.<\/p>\n<p>Under former President Trump, the country\u2019s relations with China have plummeted. The two countries are facing off for a variety of reasons, including trade and diplomatic conflicts. The two countries also imposed reciprocal sanctions. In an executive order, Trump imposed sanctions on 31 companies, including well-known Chinese technology companies. The company has lost a lot of work abroad. Undoubtedly, the new sanctions will have a detrimental effect on Chinese institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden administration\u2019s crackdown comes after reports surfaced of surveillance of the country\u2019s citizens, including the Muslim Uighur minority in western China\u2019s Xinjiang region.
