This information was given in a circular signed by Mahbubur Rahman. Now there is no legal impediment to the import and use of this vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Pfizer was approved as the fourth vaccine to be used in the country. Earlier, vaccines from Oxford-AstraZeneca Kovishield, Russia\u2019s Sputnik-V and China\u2019s Sinofarm were approved for emergency use in Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Bangladesh sent a letter to Washington seeking vaccination from the United States. In that letter, Bangladesh asked for a vaccine as a gift.
