After stumbling to 49-3, England cruised home courtesy of an unbeaten 102 from Captain Harry Brook off 84 balls. Brook put on an unbroken stand of 128 with Woods (48no).<\/p>\n

Canada beat Namibia by four wickets in the day’s other match, between two winless sides, with allrounder Akash Gill taking 4-43 and scoring 52.<\/p>\n

Namibia’s third loss means the Canadians can still qualify among the top two teams for the quarter-final.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
To do so, they will need to upset England by a decent margin in the final group match in Queenstown on Saturday.<\/p>\n
