According to him, there will be 30 fasts in the country on Wednesday. And the holy Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on Thursday. According to this calculation, Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated in Saudi Arabia on 13 May.

This is the first time that Saudi Arabia is celebrating Eid using astronomy. Earlier, Saudi astrologers used to announce the date of Eid based on not seeing the moon in front of their eyes. This information has been informed in a report of Gulf News on Tuesday.

Al Mania said Ramadan has started on April 13 and will continue until Wednesday, May 12. The fast will be 30. This is because the sun set at 9:59 a.m. on the night of Shawwal (moon) and the sun sets at 6:51 p.m. Because of this it was impossible to see the moon on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the National Moon Sighting Committee will meet on Wednesday to determine the date of Eid-ul-Fitr in Bangladesh. The meeting will review the news of the sighting of the moon in the month of Shawwal in the year 1442 AH and take a decision in this regard. The meeting will be held at 7 pm at the Baitul Mukarram meeting room of the Islamic Foundation. This information was given in a notification of the Islamic Foundation on Tuesday.
