A Dhaka court has rejected BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s plea to suspend the trial of a graft case filed against her.
Khaleda arrived at the Dhaka court at 11:25 this morning.
Third special court judge Abu Ahmed Jomadar conducted the hearing. The trial of the Zia Charitable and the Zia Orphanage Trust graft cases are being held at a special court on the grounds of Aliya Madrasa in Bakshi Bazar. Khaleda Zia last appeared at court on 30th January.
